Association Highlights
May 2024 - many areas of the building received another round of stain and paint. The elevator cabs received new rubber flooring. A new water softener system was installed June 3-4, 2024. The plaza side roofs will receive new gutters and downspouts early fall of 2024. LED lighting upgrades will continue from last year to complete the interior and exterior of the building so be fully lit with new LED lights.
Durango Hot Springs
Purgatory Lodge owners and guests can enjoy a luxurious treatment from our Partners at Durango Hot Springs, located inside the Fitness Center at Durango Mountain Club. Reservations for in-house massages may be booked by calling 970-247-0212.
